We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Know

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, please contact us through Premier's website . We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request and respond within 45 days as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Application data is typically retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with the Portal, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us as described in Section 5.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and regular security assessments.

The Portal is not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
